Pre-Registration for the 2010 Convention is now CLOSED.  New registrations will only be taken on-site at the Midwest Airlines Convention Center, Room 103A&B, during the hours listed below.

At this time, the Registrar’s Office is only able to handle cancellations – to request a cancellation, call us at 423-892-2846 (ask for Lou Ann); or prior to July 7th you can e-mail us at NMRACONVREG@comcast.net (be sure to include the word “Cancellation” in the subject line).  Changes to your registration or tours/events can only be made on-site at the convention.

EMERGENCIES:  For emergencies involving convention attendees, please use one of the following methods to contact the Registrar at the convention:

·         During regular business hours (8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday), please call NMRA Headquarters at 423-892-2846.

·         Outside of regular business hours, you may call Henry at 301-651-8970.  Please use this number ONLY for attendee emergencies!

NON-MEMBERS:

If you are not a member of the NMRA, but still want to attend and participate in the NMRA75 Annual Convention without joining the NMRA, the following conditions and restrictions apply:

Non-NMRA members wishing to attend and participate in the NMRA Annual Convention must select the "Non-Member Surcharge" option on Form # 3 of the Registration Package. This option will not provide any rights or benefits of NMRA membership, but will still allow you to enjoy all of the activities of the convention. Please note, however, that only NMRA members can submit entries in the Judged Model categories of the Contest program - non-members can enter the People's Choice Award, the Model Showcase, and the Arts & Crafts categories.

Non-NMRA members can also choose the RailPass option (if eligible), which provides a introductory NMRA membership for 6 months at a low price, with all rights and benefits of membership. Please see www.nmra.org/membership/railpass.html, or contact the NMRA Headquarters for more information.
